Happy Holidays!

We celebrated the New Year at Simona's house with the Mummers - great fun! Nico saw the parade live but I chose to stay in, nap, snack, and watch it on TV. Thanks for hosting Simona! It was quite a spread!

Here we are looking a little crazy - maybe because we stayed up really late the night before at our own New Year's Eve Party!

Merry Christmas! Dylan hosted and we had a lovely time.

A favorite gift - good old-fashioned Twister. Nico challenges all of the grown-ups with his childhood flexibility. I like to pick a color and sit on it.

Argentina

We had a lovely time visiting family in Argentina over Thanksgiving.

This is me at a beautiful zoo called Temaiken.

The meat was dee-licious! Here I am enjoying a piece of asado at my cousin Ivan's wedding. Yum! I must admit I am back to being vegetarian here in the States. It just doesn't compare.

Here I am at an amusement park near Tigre. My brother and dad are behind me riding the teacups. I wasn't into the rides but Loretta and I enjoyed some tasty snacks.

Stopping to smell the flowers. Nonna always says that the flowers in Argentina have more scent than ours - and she's right! Outside of the house where we stayed, there was an incredibly fragrant jasmine bush.
